The step-up board has two heights at 15 cm and 20 cm, where the length and depth is a standard 90 and 35 cm. The top has a Gymleco logo and a rubber material for excellent grip.
How to change the height of the stepup board:

Turn the stepup board upside down and pull one of the detachable legs towards the edge (see image above). When loose, attach it to the foot by pressing the leg on top of the foot.
