A foam plyo box is a great option when you are a new athlete and do not have experience in box jumps. Since there is often a fear of injury while doing the movement. Even advanced athletes can, despite their away-trained fears, choose soft plyo boxes as they reduce the chance of being injured further. The foam version is sufficient to perform plyometric movements, but soft enough that you will not be injured if you miss.

The box is excellent for a multitude of different exercises such as box jumps, step ups and triceps dips. Use with your body weight or add on weight to increase the intensity of the exercise.

You can adjust the height of the box by turning the box in solder or horizontal position. It is advantageously designed for commercial use in the gym or box, but can also be used for group training rooms, for smaller gym and home gym.
