The leg extension has 13 different starting positions that have 10° intervals. Additionally all settings are adjustable from a sitting position with a simple handgrip. This to make the leg machine as user friendly as possible. Take a look at image 2 and 3 in the gallery. Here you see a detail view of the simple pin settings. The pins are part of the machine which means that they won’t drop off and get lost.
