With this chins/dips training machine, everyone from beginners in strength training to advanced athletes can get the most out of their training. The well balanced weight stack allows adjustments in counterbalance so that anyone can start training chins and dips.
A very smooth movement, thanks to its levered construction. You are comfortably supported under the knees, making the exercise very stable. A perfect movement leading to a full contraction of the back and the triceps muscles.

Use the sturdy steps with knurling to step up to the handles. Place your knees on the knee cushions and choose your preferred grip for your chins or dips. With this upper body machine you will be able to improve your chins and dips strength in no time!

Special features

There are three different handles on the machine. Two for chins (narrow and wide) and one for dips. All of the handles are in soft rubber for great comfort and grip. There is a back cushion in leather for extra support when doing the exercise and it’s possible to order a larger weight stack to this training machine if needed.

The machine only requires 2,30 meters in room height, which makes this chins/dips machines one of the lowest on the market. This means that you can fit the combi machine in rooms with standard ceiling height.
