Reverse Hyper Pendulum is an updated version of our other popular Reverse Hyper machine with article number 061. The Reverse Hyper is not only ergonomically good for training the lumbar spine, it’s also a safe exercise to perform at the gym. The gym machine is popular with people who do heavy weightlifting and powerlifting as it’s used as a “movable” exercise for the lower back. This to supplement for back training with isometric lift. The Reverse Hyper builds also hamstrings and hip flexor flexibility, anti-flexion core stability and gluteus strength.

Special features

In this exercise, it is important to have the legs straight through the whole movement. The machine is designed with a long movement range and comes with 2 weight hangers on the side of the machine. You can use the footrest that is seen on the product picture or try it with a belt. Belt is included at no extra cost. It’s easy to get in and out of machine thanks to the footstep on the side.
