In this adjustable lying leg curl you can set both the height of the leg lever as well as the position of the leg cushion. There are in total 13 different positions at 10°. This so that the leg machine can be used by anyone including rehabilitation.

You lay down grabbing the handles in front of you, placing the feet underneath the round foot support and press your legs towards your body. This training exercise has the most affect on the backside of your thighs or hamstrings but also on other parts of your legs such as your calves. The ergonomic design reduces the load on your lower back while optimizing the connection to the thigh. Minimalistic and clean design with a great resistance throughout the movement.
