This adjustable single handle is designed for using on cable machines. It is lightweight and offers a convenient length adjustment feature using multiple D-rings to extend or shorten the distance of the attachment point to the handle grip.There are an infinite number of different exercises to perform on the cable machine using single handles. Everything from lunges, shoulder presses, cable flyes, chest presses, lat pulls and rowing. Only the imagination sets limits.

Made of highly durable nylon together with a rubber handle – which provides a comfortable and consistent grip during workouts.
