The bars are sold separately and have knurled handles with fantastic grip. They are designed in durable steel for ultimate quality. The buildable dumbbells work with all international weight plates with a 50 mm diameter. Take a look at our big assortment to find what you need. You easily put on the weights and use a standard spring collar to keep them in place. If you don’t already have spring collars we of course have that in our assortment as well.

The bars are suitable for both the smaller gyms such as housing association gyms but also your home gym where you need dumbbells that does not take much space. With these kind of dumbbells you can place them in the wardrobe or under the bed. No more excuses for not working out at home!
