Adductor/Abductor saves space but does not compromise on functionality. It has a clean and stylish design and an efficient posture which lets the inner and outer thighs be optimally activated. Turn the comfortable leather cushions inwards if you want to train your outer thighs. Turn them outwards if you want to train your inner thighs. Change the exercise with a simple setting that turns the leg arms closer together or further apart. Thanks to the ergonomic design you sit with your legs at almost 90° angle which gives a comfortable sitting position.

Combining the two exercises in one machine frees up space in your gym. It also gives your gym members a bigger variety of leg exercises. With this machine they can train both inside and outside of the legs.
