Use the seated wide chest press machine by pressing some of the two rubberised handles forward in a classic chest press movement. Special features

In this chest press you only have the Gymleco step free setting of the seat. Otherwise you have no settings which makes it easy for everyone to use. It has since 2024 two different handles to choose from. The gym machine is equipped with a foot pedal that allows you to start in the middle of the exercise. It’s easier to start here if you go very heavy and also easier for you to progress your training with more weights this way.
