More about 225B Half of a Cable Cross

Half of a cable cross is a great way to optimize your gym. In many gyms the multi gyms and cable cross machines are always busy. That’s why it can be good to idea to have an extra or a couple of extra pulleys in your gym so that many of your members can do the same exercises at the same time. On top of this the half cable cross has a small footprint so it’s easy to place anywhere in your gym.

You can do a variety of exercises on this gym machine. Both for the upper body and lower parts of the body. For example your can use Gymleco’s rope handles for tricpes exercises or Gymleco’s ankle strap for leg exercises. This cable cross also has a low start weight with six 2,5 kg at start so that anyone can use the machine.

You’ll get a premium steel one hand handle included with this exercise machine. If you want for example a rope handle please let us know since we have a large selection of different exercise handles. If you need more weight on your weight stack that is also possible to add to your order.
