The Pendulum squat is an exercise that has a counterbalance on the opposite end, helping you squat into an arching motion, (like a pendulum). It’s similar to a squat movement so putting this into your workout routine is great for some variety. The exercise targets quadriceps, glutes, adductors and calves.
