From a corporate gym at Volvo's facilities, to a nursing home equipped with our efficient circuit training machines, and finally, a newly opened commercial gym offering both functional and strength training. Nursing Home with Gymleco Gym Equipment. Our first stop was a nursing home in Köping equipped with Gymleco's gym machines. The gym offers group strength training for the residents, promoting an active and healthy lifestyle.
Circuit Training Machines from Gymleco. At the nursing home, they have a dedicated section with Gymleco’s circuit training machines, which use hydraulic resistance. This makes them ideal for rehabilitation or lighter workouts, ensuring smooth and consistent resistance throughout the movement.
Strength Training Machines at Wallby Training Center. Our second visit took us to Wallby Training Center in Rimbo, where a large strength training section is equipped with both Gymleco’s free-weight machines and weight stack machines.
Functional Training at the Gym. The gym also features an extensive functional training area, where members can perform exercises like lunges on Gymleco’s artificial turf.
Cardio Equipment from Gymleco. Upstairs, the gym has a dedicated cardio section, featuring Gymleco treadmills and bikes, bringing all cardiovascular workouts into one space.
Corporate Gym by Gymleco. Last but not least, we visited a corporate gym in southern Stockholm, used by Volvo employees. The gym is packed with Gymleco strength training equipment, including dumbbells and cable machines.
Cardio at the Corporate Gym. The corporate gym also features Gymleco’s durable cardio machines, designed for long-term use in high-traffic environments.
